Demand has shifted
Travellers increasingly look for authentic, local experiences rather than standard tourist activities.
The platform for Morocco's hidden experiences

HiddenWays begins with a mismatch: today's traveller wants lived experience, not a list of monuments. They want to cook a tajine in someone's home, learn a craftsman's gesture, walk a medina with the person who grew up in it. Morocco is full of these experiences, but they remain largely invisible online.
The platform connects travellers with vetted local hosts around authentic, personalised experiences. Where international platforms standardise, HiddenWays is designed from Morocco, to promote Moroccan destinations and culture.
The project was taken through to a working app prototype: discovering hidden places, booking host-led experiences with price and duration shown upfront, and messaging the host directly before arrival.
