SaberMahfoudi.
Hotelier. Revenue management, team leadership, and tourism projects.
From the opening of Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier to supervising its reservations department, with a revenue management chapter at Accor. A Master's student in Rabat, co-founder of Pettopia and freelance app designer on the side, I pair operational rigour with an entrepreneurial streak, heading toward strategic management roles.

The story so far
A hospitality professional drawn to management, team leadership, and business strategy. Trained in hotel management and holding a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism marketing from Tangier, I joined Fairmont Tazi Palace for its opening in late 2022 as a reservations agent. Two years later I returned as supervisor, and ended up running the department single-handed through a reorganisation.
What I take from that role has as much to do with people as with numbers: handling overbookings and staying aligned with the Revenue and Commercial teams daily, but also coaching agents and building their skills to hold LQA standards. I led the update of the department's SOPs and introduced new workflows and checklists, for agents and supervisors alike, that smoothed coordination between departments.
In between, a revenue management internship at Accor's Morocco head office put me deep into the numbers: forecasting, offer creation, and rate management for a cluster of five hotels in northern Morocco, working with IDeaS, Lighthouse, and Fornova. I am pursuing a Master's in Tourism Engineering and Management in Rabat while building Pettopia, my own startup. The goal: strategic management roles where I can steer overall performance, structure operations, and bring teams together.
