01About

The story so far

Trained in hotel management and holding a bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism marketing from Tangier, I joined Fairmont Tazi Palace for its opening in late 2022 as a reservations agent. Two years later I returned as reservations supervisor, including two months running the department on my own, from morning briefings to the day's arrivals.

In between, a revenue management internship at Accor's Morocco head office put me deep into the numbers: forecasting, pricing, and distribution reports for five hotels in northern Morocco, working with IDeaS, Lighthouse, and Fornova. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Tourism Engineering and Management in Rabat, with a clear destination: revenue or commercial leadership of a property.

Outside the hotel, I build. Co-founder and CEO of Pettopia, a Moroccan pet services marketplace, freelance app designer since 2023, and finalist of the first hackathon of the Incubateur Digital Solidaire in Sale in 2025.

    Moroccan marketplace for pet services. Strategy, B2B partnerships, compliance, and product direction alongside the technical team.

    Reservations Supervisor

    Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier

    Supervised the reservations department of a palace hotel, including two months running the service in full autonomy. Returned as reservations agent reinforcement in summer 2025.
